Thank you for having me. I don't work out like most of you, I don't go to a gym maybe because we just don't have any good ones here. I do however dive alot and do alot of watersports that keeps me in some what of a good shape. I am hoping to learn from this forum so that I can keep in good shape not so much as you guys as Iron Building but just to be able to stay looking good on and off the water.
