Just joined recently a few days ago and just wanted to say Hey and good luck to all your goals.
A bit about me: Been training for two years only
height is 5'5
weight 138 (currently doin a clean bulk till i get to 150)
Bench: 220
Deadlift: 220
Squats: 286
Primary goals:
Lift as heavy as i can for my weight (with proper form that is)
Compete one day but in lightweight division
