    Roman Chair

Looking to purchase one. Do you think its necessary to have one in a home gym? I always enjoyed doing hyper extentions at the gym. I would like to find one that I could do dips on as well. Any suggestions. Found this one on ebay.

I don't think it's high enough to use for dips.

I like it just for the Hypers, and roman chair situps....love them RCS.
