alright since you guys help me with weight training i am going to make a fighting guide. first of all generally black people are usually long and lanky so are good at striking so you will want to take them to teh ground and spanish people are short and stocky and are good grapplers so you want to strike with them. asians are generally good strikers and whites are mixed. usually if the guy is taller then you take him down and if he is shorter then you strike with him. also remmeber these arents set rules. example kevin randlemen is black but you do not want to try and take him down. miguel cotto is spanish and you would not want to strike with him.
Now onto the guide. since i grew up in wash heights everyone was domincan so i like to strike alot with them. i will start with striking.
first of all you have to get in a good stance.
put your feet shoulder width apart and then take a step forward with your weaker leg. then turn sideways evenly distribute weight between your feet and pick your back heel off the floor. next lift both your hands up and tuck them in close to your ribs. generaly if the guys is taller then you hold your hands higher up like cheek level and closer to your face. if you are taller the keep them lower lik chin height and farther away from your face.
have someone push you a ltittle bit and see if you can keep your balance to see how the stance works for u. having a good stance is important so that you wont be off balance at any times.
footwork is also very important. make sure you never cross your feet if you want to go forward step with your front foot and push with the back. do opposite to go back. to go left move your left foot left and push with your right foot. do opposite to go right. circling is good to do to circle away from the power hand generally. always be moving or atleast doing small sidebends etc to make sure they cant hit you. also teh pivot is good if someone rushes at you . just pivot and fire a combo
For punching you want to def use the jab because it will not leave any oppenings for you. make sure to roll up your shoulder when you fire the jab and keep your elbows tucked. also remember to twist the fist to horizontal. this is the best punch since most people cant block it since they wont be expecting it especially if you are fast with it. another important thing to remmeber is were to hit. one option is the nose sinc it will most likely break it and make their eyes water. a bloody nose may be all it takes to make the dude pussy out and quit. another option is the eyes or eyebrows so that they swell up so tehy cant see or rip their eyebrow so taht the blood goes into they eyes. another option to hit the chin so that it weakens the jaw for a knockout punch. the best place is the throat cuz that will stop them immediatly. jjab to body is also good since most people have weak stomachs. to do it. do everything the same but squat down a little bit so that you dont have to bend to much. hit the guy in the stomach, dick, or solar plexus or heart. their are many jabs. you should be able to jab on the move only punch you can do liek that. jab while moving forward left etc.
always move your head. weather you move it left right or forward or keep it should always be differnt so that they cant blindly hit it
the power jab is good basically fire teh jab as hard as you can. to add power you could step into it. pivot jab is also good. jab while piviting so you have a good angle on your oppnonent. speed jab is also good it basically is flick it quick so that you can quickly follow up. twist jab is also good for power jsut twist your whole body into it. flick jab is decent for a street fight. it is liek a speed jab but faster barely touch the guy its just to blind him. jolt jab is you throw all your weight into the jab do tihs against guys when they are a litle stunned. lunge jab is when you takea huge step forward and jab and jump into it. it covers large distances. post jab is when you jab and hold it out on his face so he cant get in. getting inside with a jab is also good by throwing a jab while twising your whole body and bending down so you can follow up with an opposite hand hook to the body. jab to the eyes with a quick jab so that he cant see your next punch. up jab is alright. up jab. is do a side bend to your jabbing side and fire a jab straight up under the chin kind of like a jab uppercut but keep your hand vertical. jabbing multiple times is very good aswell do it up to like 8x in a row varrying the speed, hwo far you rbing it back, and the time between punches.
cross is the first power punch i will discuss. blast some dude int he chin with a power cross. twist your whole bodyinto it and twist your back foot and your bdoy and land it on his chin or nose or eyes. you can loop it if you want a little bit and land on side of face or chin or throat or temple. to the bdoy is also good just squat a litte bit and fire it to groin, heart, solar plexus or abs. their is also a qucik cross taht is pretty good same thing but ocncentrate on speed not power
hooks are good to do to the body and head. juse turn whole body into hook and dont pull your hand back. also squat down a tiny bit on the opposite leg wen fiing it. aim for kidney, liver, chin, ear, neck,
shovel hook is a hook it goes up at a 45 degree angle. do the same thing as the hook other wise.
