I weight lifted for an hour and practiced football 3 hours a day in the 100 degree heat, and I didn't need to drink half that much. I think you might be over doing it with the evidence being how many times you are pissing at night. The benefits from the water couldn't possibly outweigh the negative affects of having your sleep disturbed repeatedly.
