I'm trying out some new products just want to make sure it is safe
Pre-workout - White Flood + 2 or 3 capsules of CEE
During workout - Intrabolic
Post workout - 4 X CEE + protein shake
My major concern is the fact that both the White flood and Intrabolic can cause "tingling" from the beta-alanine
Any input would be greatly appreciated
