Hello, I'm new here on this forum. I'm from the netherlands and I'm planning my first BB competition in 2009 (spring).

I would like to know, how you guys think about my upcoming cycle in december. :thumb: or :loser:

Wk 1-12 1000mg Test-E every week
Wk 1-10 600mg Trenbolone-E every week
Wk 1-8 400mg Deca every week
Wk 1-12 50mcg Igf-1 4 days p/w
Wk 1-12 60mcg T3 ED
Wk 1,3,5,7,9,11 100mcg clen ED
Wk 5-12 1500iu Hcg EW

This would be my third cycle.

My first two cycles were:

1.
Wk 1-10 500mg Test-E EW
Wk 1-5 30mg Dianabol ED
PCT with Nolvadex 20mg ED for 5 weeks

2.
2 months of Igf-1 and in the 2nd month I started with:
Wk 1-14 500mg Boldone EW
Wk 2-14 1000mg Test-E EW
Wk 2-14 400mg Trenbolone-E EW
PCT with Nolvadex (still taking it)

My stats are:
Length - 1.74m
Weight - 99kg
BF - 14%

Please tell me what you think about all of this.

Too much T3 and HCG, in my opinion. I'd cut those in half. Nandro and tren is a stange mix. Some love it. Some get gyno.
 
Your doses are too high. No way you need that much gear. Only going to add sides, not gains.
 
I know most think the deca and tren combo are unusual but I see it a lot, and with success. I do think your doses are a little high for your development, not saying you have a bad physique, I actually think you have a great one, but hmmmmm I can't say for sure, but maybe try this:

Week 1-12: 600mg test enth
Week 1-10: 300mg deca
Week 1-10: 300mg tren e

I don't know much about the igf, t3, or clen, but I know the doses are conservative, but honestly for example tren e is very powerful, people don't realize even 200mg tren e is a good dose to gain on. Everything will work together after week 3-4, I think you'd be happy with the cycle and will have room for options in upping the dosage as you progress with your development.
 
I know guys that compete in heavyweight, and some cycle at 500g/week. &750 would be tops, but that is pushing it. Pros use that kind of dosage(1000g/week). If your diet and training is on key, you can get by with less and it will be safer for you. I would keep tren at 75-100mg EOD. Usually running test and deca, a good dosage is 2:1.
 
You could do the short esters at the end to maximize things if you like, personally it's fine the way it is.
