    Alleged Muscle Builder Formula

A friend has been on this stuff training for a while and has noticed significant improvements. I think it's the hard work alone that is helping him. Can you have a look at what is in each 25 gram serve and tell me what you think.

...and a crappy one at that...15 g protein?!

If he's added muscle while taking this, it's likely due to the extra calories he's been consuming, not because it has some magic formula.

    I agree...most mrp's have around 30-42g protein and around 250-300 calories.

It almost looks like some knock-off cheap-o crap protein shake. I've seen some at stores that have like 15-18g protein. And not much caloric intake as well. I'm not sure, but that'd be my guess. Or yes, some god-awful crap so-called "protein" bar. Hard work and better eating is probably the key with him.
