Is it possible to tone up and increase fitness through a small selection of foods? I'm quite a fussy eater when it comes to foods, and I was wondering if I could make a diet based on Chicken (Breast), Rice, and Pasta? I adore these foods, and I know they are quite healthy.
As i'm new to the whole dieting, i'm looking for a bit of advice, thanks.
