Hey guys, my new article Recovery and Regeneration for Strength Athletes has just been posted on Scott Bird's Straight To The Bar website.
Just wanted to give a heads up to any of you guys who want some strategies on improving recovery between workouts.
You can follow the link to it from my blog - PATRICK WARD'S BLOG: Recovery and Regeneration for Strength Athletes
thanks. glad you enjoyed it.
Good read, Pat!
thanks guys. got a few more articles i am working on that i think people will be interested in.
the next one is a fairly long article on organization of training using undulating periodization or the high-low method. basically how to classify your training intensity, organize it, and prevent training burn out.
Good solid read. I just read through your blog post on trigger point too. That was definitely an interesting read. It seems like something that would dramatically increase your ability to help clients, since so many of them participate in activities that make them prone to developing trigger points!
whatever....i don't care that much. the physical therapist i work with calls me pat too.
great article ima go buy some bcaa's to sip during workout today
