Is one better then the other? More beneficial?

I perform deadlifts sumo style because it is a lot comfier for me. I hated deadlifting until I learned sumo style. I only perform them sumo style and I never incorporate conventional style into my routine. I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on any gains by doing this.

Bump.

I have always done conventional style.
If sumo is what I'm thinking of, then the stance seems to wide to me, like it places too much pressure on my joints.

Thoughts?

Not sure there are benefits one way or the other but sumo is the way I go. The wider stance is much more comfortable at my height.

Do Both .one Week Do Sumo.then On Your Next Back Workout Do Conventional.you Are Missing Out By Just Do Sumo

Bump again.

I will think about doing that.

people who do sumo generally have stronger hips, hence why its not my style, my weight is drastically dropped whenever i do them, yet some people i used to train with were vice versa

My max deadlift with sumo is around 280 and conventional I have trouble doing 225. Weird.

ya mine in conventional is 315 and only 265 in sumo
