Im 25 years old and 5'6 inchs 172lbs. Im looking to do body building. I've not lifted in a few years and im just now getting back into lifting, I'd like to learn about body building and differnt ways of lifting.
Im looking to find a work out that hits all bodyparts twice a week. Im not afraid of hard workouts any input is greatlly appreciated.
