I was thinking about trying out CrossFit 2 days a week and lifting heavy Mon, Wed, and Fri. Basically, on my heavy lifting days i'll do the good compound movement like squats, bench press, incline, pull ups, bb rows, etc. I was thinking about using crossfit instead of running/abs.
Anybody know a good crossfit routine, or is this just hype?
