found this big forum and decided to join. I hope to learn a lot here and to help others too.
I love bodybuilding and couldn't live without it. It's not only about strength or size but about refreshing too. I find myself rested after a workout (mentally). That's why I love it.
I spread the word about BB everywhere I am since it's one of the best things to happen to me. I'm no personal trainer but I hope to help as much people as I can and share knowledge here..
My results in a year+ of training is 20 pounds added and lessons from mistakes that I've done in the gym and the kitchen.
