Prostate Spasm ???

Today I was urinating and after I finished, it felt like my prostate seized up or spasm'd.....

I'm running Test cyp 500/wk & EQ 400/wk and HCG @ 250iu EOD, currently on week 4

I am not taking any Saw Palmetto, should I jump on that ASAP? What else should I jump on ??
