Hi all, just joined this site today, thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Sarah, I'm 25, I started working out and weight training again about 3 months ago. I used to be big into working out when I was 18 and then I got lazy but I'm not back into the groove. I went from 135lbs to now 115. Course part of that weight loss was from a digestive disorder I have but it helped me because now I have to stay away from anything greasy, saucy, spicy, etc. I dont know what else to say lol I'm trying to build more muscle. My rolemodel is Jamie Eason! I love her. Shes a huge inspiration to me.
