Right now I'm currently bulking up. I'm at about 17% BF right now.
I'm wondering what you all think about how high and how long you should bulf for?
Should I let it get up to 20% BF, should I just stay at around 17% and work on getting my lean body mass up or should I cut and get my BF back down to 10% or so and then start all over bulking again.
