I was watching one of those famous infomercials, and they were advertising something called nu-zymes, its supposed to help with the break down of food so your body can absorb more......Do any of you know about these supps and if there are any alternatives...When you intake alot of protien and other foods, you want your body to accept the most of it...know what i mean
