Question about BB Rows and DB Rows
Are they essentially the same exercise? Or BB Rows focus more on middle part of back and traps and DB Rows focus more on lats?

Both are essentially the same movement. Both work the back.
The advantage with dumbell rows, or at least supported dumbell rows, is that it takes all that unneccesary stress off the lower back.
