body weight exercise for shoulders?
for some reason im drawing a blank on what natural body weight exercise targets shoulders. i like to incorporate at least one into my workouts.
if you dont know what i mean... things such as pushups (chest), pull-ups (back/bis), dips (tris), etc. thank you. -nick c. |
