help in training plan..

my height is 1.74 meter
my weight is 59-60.if i wont workout
i will loose weight till 56-57
i am working out twice a week.i am doing 20-25 pullups 2 times in the workout day ,then i am doind 2 sets for each muscle group,shoulders butterfly machine 50 kg 10 kg a set ,chest 50 kg 10 time a set,bisaps 40 kg 10 times a set.
i am working out til my arms become stone.
i eat mainly meat.i am eating all that i want so i wont feel hungry,
after a workout i am eating meat.

after the workout i am having good muscles but at the next day
its all gone,again i am skinny
i am loosing wight really fast.

another problem is when i used to work out 3 times a week
my shoulder joints started to ache,i was afraid to do permanent damage so i dropped to twice a week.
what to do???
(i will not take any steroids or supplements)

i want to weigh 65 kg with big muscle without being in a constant war

You need to fix your diet & add some leg training to you workout.

make sure u drink enough water and get enough rest....and wut ur probly feeling the day of ur work out is a muscle pump and they always go away so thats nothing to worry about and jus wut Rahaas said fix ur diet. if all ur eating is meat then ur getting protein but u need all ur vitamins and probly could use some carbs
