20 rep squat routine is pretty good. Not the be all and end all, and you need to keep a close eye on your lower back throughout the program. Well, your whole back really takes a beating.

Depending on your experience level risk might be greater than reward.

Be careful with that link. I got a virus warning pop up from my anti virus program.

I couldn't find the author name or credentials. I'd like that information before I bother reading it.

I think the 20 rep squat routine was originally developed by Randall Strossen. Not sure though.

This might be of more help for bulking.

my back gives me issues sometimes so I probably won't try this routine, but it was an interesting read.
Rahaas, I never saw any type of virus warning pop up from that link. Hopefully it didn't harm your computer.

shiek, your back might hurt because the squat done wrong will screw it up. If you want, take a video and youtube it so that we can see your form. Dont worry about max weights. Just video a complete set from start to finish.

Thats a good idea, with most people bad form is the root cause - especially with squats/deadlifts. Closely followed by lack of warmups.
