long absence/update

i have not been on in awhile i dont have alot of time during the summer but i thought i would give an update on my cut progress

i have only lost 3 pounds so far but i have seen more definition

i eat about 1900 cal, 200 g protein 90g fat

i am doing the k.i.s.s program

so ya everything is going very well and thought i would let people know

You're consuming only 75 grams of carbs? What kind of crackpot diet is this?
You're eating more fat than complex carbs.

Keep it up!

Quad--you don't have to eat tons of carbs as long as you are getting enough calories from others sources (such as fat).

well i continued my diet as best as possible , i ran out of money so i down to a body weight routine at my home now but one month i move back to school so i will be hitting the gym again possible going to a bulk routine. haven't decided yet
