I would keep your training the same, add a little cardio on non training days.
Cutting is all about diet, check out the nutrition board for some great help.

If you want to burn fat go on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning for example), and you will likely have to drop calories from your diet (which is one reason its harder to maintain or add muscle during this time).

if you feel weak when doing it try it on a "semi-empty" stomach, eat an energy bar and some orange juice or something to get something in your body to get you going.... those 2 little items wont be the difference between you losing fat or not and they will give you a little energy

Ok I will try that thanks, Do you think it is still good to do cardio 30 mins each morning Monday through Sat.? I usually like to work on the eliptical cross trainer 30 mins or ride an exersize bike 15 and the tred mill 15 minutes.

Some say yes, some say no (as far as not gaining the same lean mass). Being on an empty stomach for a number of hours is not optimal for gaining weight, but for losing fat its great, so everything is a trade off to some extent.

Hey buster check out the nutrition threads by w8 in the diet section, they have all the info you need. As for the empty stomach thing cardio on an empty stomach to loose fat, BUT not weights ever!. Dont eat energy bars or oj either.

if you feel weak after trying it on an empty stomach then YES do eat something small that wont effect how many calories you lose that much.. on an empty stomach fat and calories are not the only thing youre burning and you could end up fainting or draining yourself really bad... doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach may weaken your immune system thats why i said maybe a lil orange juice and if youre feeling extremely weak shorten the session or have something small to eat before hand it wont affect how much you lose by shocking amounts and you might not be ready to put your body under that kind of stress

as for your question about the 15 pounds... i couldnt tell ya everyone is different
