Poliquins gvt - break period
Hi guys. Just completed 6 -5 day- cycles of poliquins GVT. it has been a month of hell
but love it at the same time, my question is --i worked the program using a 3 day split worked over 5 days chest/back legs bi/tri/shoulders but after the 10x10 period he prescribes 3 weeks of lower volume training with lower rep ranges with only 6-8 reps and only 4-6 sets per bodypart what kind of split should i be looking at?. i was thinking - 4 day split worked over 6 days (2 on 1 off ,2 on 1 off) chest/bi's legs shoulders/tris back thoughts on this would be great ,open to suggestions if you have the time. after this 3 week period i will return to GVT but using 10x6 and perhaps continue with break periods and decreasing down to 10x3 b4 repeating the whole process. |
