hypothetical for yo

help me understand this better pls.

2 Males are front squatting, both are using identical perfect form and both are completing 6 repetitions..

Male A weighs 200lbs and is squatting 200lbs
Male B weighs 180lbs and is squatting 200lbs

1. who is lifting more weight?
2. who is stronger?

is the answer as simple as it seems? or is there more to it. cheers ROAST

a) They are lifting the same weight on the bar.

b) male #1 is lifting more "system weight" (the load of the bar plus his body weight.)

c) Going by the weight on the bar, they are of equal strength.

d) Going by strength to weight ratio, make #2 is stronger (at least in that rep range, which doesn't mean that he is overall stronger in a 1RM or anything like that).

In a nutshell, who cares? Just lift!

The velocity of an object with an initial velocity of 230 m/sec after it experiences an acceleration of 50 (m/sec)/sec for 67 seconds is 3580 m/sec, and 32400 Newtons is the amount of force needed to make an object (with a mass of 200 kg) move around a circle (with a radius of 200 meters) with at a constant speed of 180 m/sec meaning Male A is lifting more weight if the amount of muscle mass is the same.

it doesn't give enough information to determine who is stronger. what is the max weight they can squat while still maintaining perfect form?

the question is who is lifting more weight rather than who is stronger

Absolute strength = they are the same. Strength to bodyweight = the lighter guy.

But really, it doesn't really matter.
