Huge transformation! is my goal.



-This picture has been taken when i was only 14 yearsy old.
NOw, I gained 25 pounds of fat "huhuhuhuhu" so i will start weighlifting and lets see what is going to be the result.

I am taking Sports Vita pACK. I'm going to try CLA supplement and lets see if it will work.

workout routine: monday, wenesday, friday

All workout have 2 sets each
leg extension 10-15 reps
squat 8 reps
leg curl 10
seated calf raise 15
incline bench press (bar only) 20 reps
incline bench press w/ 15 pounds each sides 8 reps
flat dumbbell flyes 10
pulldown 15 reps
bend-over row 10 reps
seated over head press 10 reps
upright row 15
standing barbbell curl 9 reps
pressdown 15 reps
crunch 2 sets up to limit.

Cardio:
tuesday, thursday, saturday

sunday: full rest.

give me some advice please. i would love to listen to your opinions. thank you. Im not an english speaker sorry.

I would scrap that workout and read the stickied threads in this section and learn how to put together a decent workout program. Concentrate on a few big compound movements per session and train your whole body equally.

The biggest decider in success or failure however will be your diet, so i would definitely spend a lot of time learning how to eat, what to eat and how much to eat.
