A quick question...

Ive come to this forum and read a lot of the posts for a few months now, without posting. I've found these forums most useful. I've been solidly weight training for almost 3 months now. I was just wondering...up to this point I've been alternating exercises. For example on chest/sholder/tricep day I tend to seperate exercises that target a specific part. Say I'll do a chest press, then a sholder press, then something for the tris, back to chest, sholders, etc. Should I just do pure chest, pure sholders, then pure tris? Guess this turned out to not a quick question lol... Thanks.

Yes i think so it gives your muscles time to recover more so you can put more into your next set

if i am doing chest Tri's day i'll do one chest then one tri and so on

Actually you should do the largest muscle first. Then move to the next largest and so on.

Finish up chest then go to shoulders. You'll get a better chest workout if you don't have fatigued triceps. Same with shoulders.
