I'll try it a little higher during Tension workout tmrw.
Making that adjustment may make the elbows flare just a tad more out and make it more comfortable. Form-wise, this would still be a huge improvement over my elbows flared way out. Another thing I'm messing with is grip. I previously had my hands outside the bar marks. I moved them inside the marks in order to encourage elbow tuck in. I think I'm over compensating too much and may move to the wider grip again. KY |
