I Need Help Gaining More Weight And Muscle
Hi Im The Guy Who Ask For Help About The Anavar A Few Weeks Ago Well I Decide Not To Do It Cause I Realize People Here Were Right So I Want To Ask You Guys Again Can You Help Me With This I Want To Gain More Mass And Muscle Im 5;8 160 Pounds And I Work Out Three Days A Week And Is Not Working Please If Any Advice That You Can Give Me Will Appreciate It Thanks Guys For The Time And Read This

What is your current program?
Do you track your food intake? Most problems are caused by one or both of these things. Either you are not eating enough, or you have adapted to your current training program. Log your food intake and increase calories steadily until you start gaining weight again, and it wouldn't hurt to get yourself a new training program.

i also am trying to gain weight and muscle. im standing 6 foot tall and weigh 160 lbs. Iv just begun taking in 5-6 meals a day trying to get as much protein, calories, carbs, etc, now i just need a good workout routine to get me bulkier. Can anyone help me? I would like to have bigger traps and chest.

it's as simple as eating twice as much as you eat now.. if you don't wanna get all math and science, then just force yourself to eat as much as possible... then do some good compound exercises (squats, benchpress, deadlift) and as far as supps, just protien or a weight gainer for extra calories
