A REAL Challenge!!!!
Ok Guys, here's a real challenge for all of you.
I fractured my wrist (scaphoid bone to be more precise) and started losing my hard earned weight and gaining fat. Basically I've gone from 70kg with 5% bodyfat to 64kg with 10% bodyfat. How do I stop this from happening until my wrist heals, and what exercises can I do with my arm in a cast? (upper body exercises)
How often can I train legs?
Told you it was a challenge.

I have heard that training the OTHER side of the body can reduce loss of lean mass in the other side.
I would suggest walking as well, if the doctors have not complained about sweat in the cast? (I never broke a thing, have no idea).

Train your legs twice a week at medium to high intensity and stick to a solid bodybuilding diet. As far as upper body goes the only thing I can think of is abs and lower back training.
