if it were me I would not even do cardio the same day I lifted, however if you must, I would do the cardio after your work-out, and drink the protein drink after both work-outs, but that's just me.![]()
dont mean to sound rude but i'm leaving for the gym w/ some friends in about 15 mins.
quick question is, i want to add some cardio to my workout.
should i do the cardio after i finish lifting, then drink my protein shake or should i drink my protein shake after i finish lifting, then do cardio?

id do a little cardio just to get the hart pumpen and get me moven then lift but like prince said i would do cardio on a hole other day.
