Bodypart training is not only old school now a days but really leaves lots of room for injury and muscular imbalances. Thats the first thing that springs to mind.
Secondly, you gotta work the posterior chain somehow on the 'Leg Day.' Something like GM's, RDL's, Pull Through whatever. Why front DB Raise then Arnold Press? Compounds first, they lift the greatest amount of weight thus forcing the muscles to create the greatest amount of tension to produce the force thus creating the greatest stimulus for growth. I'm also not a fan of training the shoulder joint 3x/week. Recipe for ruining your joints IMO.
