i was wondering, i have a bad lower back & can't squat or do lunges anymore. is there any other ex that can make my legs just a thick & well shaped??? desperate!!!!!!

have shooting pain down my right leg & it's real hard to walk sometimes. sometimes when i get up my thigh muscle will flutter.
was hoping i wouldn't have to go if i could find another way to do legs & get the mass & shape i want.
It's kinda tough to give training advice when it sounds like you have bigger issues to take care of.
