well... it's not like i was lifting heavy.. i set them on my shoulders barely barely... it's never happened before.. well the last time i did it was a while ago but still... i was only lifting with like 2 plates on each side on the machine that kind of simulates squats but is in a \ with the weights on the top...

i guess you were using the hack squat "machine" - the weight is bearing on your shoulders and your top is between your shoulders and pad, it is the stitching causing our marks

Think about what I just said. I get them in the same place from deads! There is no contact on my shoulders. The stretch is what does it to them. So, of course direct weight will be more apt to do it.

I get them when I do squats or calf raises. No big deal, they go away quickly.

Its normal for me. If I do squats I will have the same things on my shoulders, it is nothing to be worried about.

I also get them. It takes me about 3-4 days, and they go away. I was a little freaked out the first time I saw them, but now they're a common occurrence.

Roastchicken too funny!

Yes, it's just the pad resting on your shoulders. You're gonna find that when benching DB's, or Barbells heavy, you're gonna get these too.

Just say your girlfriend did that in the heat of passion.

Just blood vessels, dude. Get them from calve raise machine, as well as heavy benching. Don't worry about it.
