yeah, i HATE that tingling feeling hahaha it makes me feel all itchy hahaha but what sucks is i have to take all my supps then take 4 tum's to make me not get heartburn from it.... i'm going to go this week and next week on see my gain's then try it 2 week's off and see my gains and see what work's...

I used to get black pearl and extreme shock with the niacin in it...I'd do about half a bottle of each ridin' around before the gym. Nothing like it.

When I was younger I bought all the new "awesome" supplements.

The ones that definately worked for me are:

    1. Whey Protein
    2. Creatine Mono
    3. Androstenendione (dont think you can get this one anymore)
    4. Multi-Vitamin
    5. Fish oil
    6. ECA stack

Other than that, I don't know that anything I took really made a difference. Diet + Heavy lifting = results. Supplements = icing on the cake in my opnion.

Oh, and listen to what they are telling you about your abs man. You can't crunch your way to abs no matter what Chuck Norris tells us.

You are probably low BF%, but if you can't see your abs, you need to be a little lower.
