Squat feet position
Does pointing your toes straight, outwards or inwards change what muscles are targeted the most? What about width of your stance?

The angle of your feet is mostly determined by comfort, but I've read articles that state that you should try to get them to point straight out, even with a wide stance. If you can't do that, somewhere between straight out and 30 degrees is what I've read. I'm not sure how correct this is though.
The width of the stance matters a lot. It changes the range of motion and places emphasis on different muscles. A narrower stance will have a large range of motion and recruit the quads a lot. A wider stance will have a smaller range of motion and recruit the hams, hips, and glutes more. |

Stance width for me is usually just outside shoulder width, with my feet pointed outwards by about 10 degrees or something.
I used to do very narrow stance squats though, but it's just not comfortable anymore.
