Question Off day diet

I know it should be simple, but should I consume the same protein, calories, n such on off days that I do on lifting days? Should I cut caloric intake a bit?

I'm on a 3 day/week full body routine.

Thanks,
b

You can if you'd like.

However, your weekly total intake should still be within your goals. Therefore, you'll find that you may need to eat a bit more on your training days than you currently do in order to make up for the additional deficit on rest days.
