Better YTWL Shoulder Circuit
I figured I would pass on a link to a nice new shoulder circuit that replaces and updates the YTWL. Nick Tumminello has been doing the research on this and came up with some worthwhile changes.
I can't post the link, but if you go to Nicktumminello (.com) the YTWL article is on the home blog page. I've been doing YTWLs for years and I like the changes. Anyone with shoulder pain or who really needs shoulder stability can definitely benefit from the update. I think it's good stuff, but I'm interested in what other people think, or if anyone has tried this yet. |
