is this equal to cardio
We know that training protocols like isometrics or breathing squats require deep breathing. My question is if u r on a low carb diet will those protocols burn fat like a normal cardio ?

Normal cardio doesn't burn that much fat, so sure, it will. It's just as shitty at burning fat as normal cardio.
Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.

Do cardio for health, not for fat burn. Bodyfat lives or dies by your diet management.
As for it being good cardio for health purposes, possibly - but its good to let each energy system work as exclusively as possible. I.e. - Do dedicated cardio work.
