I myself dont like having 2 days off in a row, once in awhile maybe but not all the time. I'd rather split up the days off if I were on a 3 day, like 2 days, off, legs, off or something.
I've been considering different training intervals to make sure I get enough rest time.
Currently I'm doing 3 days on 2 days off
I was wondering if I should change to 1 day on 1 day off?
Any arguments for either?
