Bad Calories or no Calories?

somedays i struggle to hit my required calorie intake, is it worth eating crisps or something to get them up? i'm going for bulk rather than definition

Just knock back a few shots of olive oil. A one-ounce shot has about 250 calories. Toss a few of those into a few protein shakes and you're golden.

If you REALLY want some serious calories, make a half and half protein shake.

I did that once to use up some half and half and holy shit it was delicious but massively calorie dense.

The shots of olive oil are probably more cost effective though.

walnuts, almonds and other nuts are dense as well, and are definitly good cals. eat more fats!

I have found performance to increase since increasing fat intake, not to mention feeling leaner and better all around. Those "crisps" sound like they will spike the insulin and are prolly full of sodium.

intake of protine shake will help gaining calories... that is what my trainer adviced me..hope this works for you.. too
