    Chest won't grow

    Can the lack of incline and decline chest exercises be the reason ?

    Could be over-training the chest, problem with the diet, not enough variation in your training...

    incline and decline is good but also do flat bench press.

    doing incline and decline is good but along with that also do flat bench press and that too as u start increase the wait as day passes and see the difference..
