Working with a trainer

I started working witha trainer about a month ago. I joined a gym that is 3 miles from my house so getting there is easy. This guy is pretty tough! This mornings workout consisted of deadlifts, seated rows, over head shoulder press, calf curls, and intervals in a bike at max resistance. He changes the exercises around every time I see him (I work with him twice a week) but always hits the major muscle groups and a small group.

I can tell that I am tapering down and am happy with the results but I swear atthe end of the work out I feel like hurling!! I am taking Creatine, Glutamine, a NOX booster, Multi vit, and whey protein. I am trying to get as much protein in as I can. Is it ok to drink more than a whole serving of Whey a day? (52 grams).

Yes...and try to get some extra real food/protein as well. Don't fall into the trap of thinking that protein shakes are some kind of savior. Two shakes is nothing. I'll make a 60 gram shake and sip a third before, a third during and a third after, then a meal...perhaps another shake later depending on where I'm at in the nutritive day.

Ban 2 1/2 's !!!!!!
