Why bust your ass on a stationary bike for an hour when you can just eat 200 calories less, hit the weights, do cardio for ten minutes while drinking a shake, then go home?

my new saying..."exercise is the lazy persons way of losing weight"

Cause folks would rather just kill themselves in the gym and just eat a handful of food as opposed to keeping track of what they eat. It seems to be harder work.

Of course the M and M's help with the disservice as well.... Media and Mags

Lol, eating less and training right for cutting is the way to go. Lift heavy, sets like 3x6, look into HIIT, Hill repeats and read up on cutting (built has about 10,000,000 posts and some GREAT articles on it.) Oh yeah don't forget to get a good amount of sleep..

All of the above helped me a lot in the past, and should wotk nicely again to get my fat ass back in shape..

Good luck brother!
