How much is too much?
I've been training pretty regularly since high school. I was in college athletics and continued afterwards. Over the last few months I've decided to take it to a whole new level. I increased protien to 300 grms a day, started lifting 5 days a week super heavy and intense. I started NO2, creatin, and amino acids. I exploded from 260 to 290. At 6'5 it looks alright though, I'll worry about cutting a few months before summer. In the gym, my gains have been extrodinary. Is this unusual? Oh yea, I'm 35.
