The only one I like is the Ferruggia Complex, just because hes doing it quicker than the others. The only problem with quicker is sometimes people dont watch form as much. It is less boring than cardio equipment as well. I do things like this all the time.

I love complexes, im not saying those particular ones are what i would do, or that they will "get you shredded", but in terms of getting quality cardio done in a fun and time-efficient way - they are fantastic.
You can also base them around the equipment, or lack thereof, at your disposal (bodyweight, bands, skipping, weights, kettlebells, tires...), what areas you have trained/will train in the sessions around the complexes (if you trained legs then try to run it might not be a great idea, but you can do upper body complexes and still get CV work done), and keep them different every time if you want (i often wing mine). Can get an awful lot of flexibility in your training with the complexes/circuits approach.

They're great for off days for GPP. If you do them correctly you'll increase flexibility, work capacity, and possibly coordination. I wouldn't do them so much for fat burning, but they're good for improving fitness.
