Hi im back!!
Hi been a long time sense i have been on here after hurting my back, i got out of my groove of working out, but i have been back on my routine for about 1mnth or so. But after some friends persuasion, i think i may get this supposed "p90x" i dont want to but, i dont know what else to do?!?!?! My routine right now is the same and i know after reading up in here awhile back, that i need muscle confusion, but cant get a good routine and even when people here refer me to articles about that stuff to get a good workout it just confuses the crap out of me, and then i become even more fustrated. Ive read up on the p90x and i know that it supposedly is a good system
I know it is not the best thing to do but dont know what else to doI was thinking after the p90x 3 mnth thing i would go from there. i am completely open to any suggestions.Last edited by gettingripped : 10-12-2009 at 09:01 PM. |

Sounds to me like you need to remember what your goals were/are.
Remember Diet is key. Dont do p90, do a real workout. Go fix up a routine, train heavy, eat lots and sleep. And dont hurt yourself this time. |

OK but i would need some serious help on my routine, my goals are to bulk, but i dont get all the stages with the cutting then cyle to bulk so on so forth
