Arm Thickness

Hey everybody, I had a quick question on arm thickness. Not really looking for a new workout or dieting tips, just maybe a few good exc. for bicep thickness. From a side view I'm satisfied, but I think it's because I have developed my tri's reasonably, just disappointed in what I see when I look in the mirror with a front view.

Thanks in advance, and you guys are great, very knowledgeable.

Lots of carbs today, creatine too. Enjoy.

Quick question, I usually do 21's, but will it be overkill if I still do them with this and after a good back workout?

I'd say! I don't even train biceps with back lol - I toss bicep work into a leg day.

If you intend to do 21s, do them at the very end and skip the superset - just do the heavy 5-rep work, then 3x8 preachers and finish with the 21s. I'd advise against doing this routine on a back day - pair it with chest, or do it as I do on a leg day.

Do you count each lift with each hand as one rep? or both hands = 1 rep with the alternating dumbel curls
