Back Width
It's my understanding that rows (supine, close-grip, bent-over, T-Bar, dumbbell, etc) are for back thickness. And so, what exercises are useful for back width besides pull-ups, chin-ups, and pullovers? Preferably, I would like to avoid lat pulldowns or any other machines...unless I can't.
Training the mind is equally, if not more, important than training the body. If you can learn to transcend natural limitations, and force your mind into your muscle, your strength will know no bounds.
